Registered Line Technician/Registered Behavior Technician
These are the real superheroes! At Blue Light Behavioral Services, our team consists of Registered Line Technicians (RLTs) who are registered through the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who have taken additional coursework and gained certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. RLTs/RBTs work one-on-one with clients to teach new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote overall behavioral development. They are dedicated to establishing a supportive and positive learning environment by using reinforcement strategies to motivate clients and encourage engagement while teaching skills that enhance communication, social interaction, and daily living skills. All RLTs/RBTs work directly under the supervision of your child’s Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
